Mobile bar hire costing

COST

It is free of charge to hire the bar if there are 60+ guests and a bar spend of £1000. If the bar spend is below this there will be a charge of £100. This is taken from the deposit. If the bar spend exceeds £1000 your deposit will be returned to you.

Bars require a deposit of £100. On receipt of the deposit, we will obtain a Temporary Events Notice from the local council which is required for us to sell alcohol at your event.

You can choose any of the bars however there will be a surcharge for the stainless-steel bar. This is due to requiring a different vehicle to transport it.

We can accommodate lower guest numbers, there will be a charge for this (TBA) minimum spend.

As standard we serve using plastic glasses, except wine and flute glasses. If glassware is required, we can provide it but there a hire charge. This will also be dependent on if there is a dishwasher at the venue.

BAR OPTIONS

Below are four options of bars we can provide: -

Cash/card bar

Just like any other bar you go to, drinks are bought and paid for by cash/card. Card payments are subject to there being either Wi-Fi we can connect to or else good mobile internet signal as this is how our mobile card payment machine works. If we visit the venue prior to your event, we will test the payment machine.

Token bar

This is a fairer way of buying your guests drinks. A set number of tokens are given to your guests. Once these are used your guests can purchase drinks with cash/card.

Free bar

You guessed it, your guests don’t have to pay for their drinks. All drinks served are rung into the till and a bill will be presented to you.

Hybrid bar

The bar runs as a free bar up to a set limit as set by yourself. Once this limit is reached, the bar then reverts to cash/card payment and your guests will purchase their own drinks.
